D. Client Project Information (Sensitive Data)

During client engagements, I may access or be provided with highly sensitive information, including:

  • Database entries or spreadsheet exports

  • Crypto wallet addresses used for testing or integration

  • Proprietary documents, design files, or source code

How I Handle Sensitive Information

  • I never store sensitive credentials in any permanent system.

  • Credentials are used only for the duration of the project, and only for the explicit purpose agreed to by the client.

  • Sensitive items (passwords, API keys, admin logins, wallet keys, access tokens, etc.) are deleted immediately after the project ends or when no longer needed.

  • I do not reuse, share, or repurpose client credentials or data in any other project.

  • I do not store private keys or seed phrases under any circumstances.

  • I only retain assets explicitly permitted by the client for portfolio or documentation purposes.

If you provide highly sensitive access (admin dashboards, payment processors, or crypto integrations), you should:

  • Use temporary credentials

  • Remove or rotate access after project completion

I encourage clients to cycle all shared credentials after work is complete.

Design assets, documents, or code provided by clients:

  • Are stored securely

  • Are used only for the project scope

  • Are retained only as long as necessary

B. Destruction of Sensitive Data

Upon completion of a project:

  • All sensitive data (logins, access tokens, API keys, admin credentials, payment dashboard access, smart-contract permissions) is deleted

  • Access is fully revoked on my end

  • No copies are retained unless contractually required or explicitly requested by the client

C. Payment Information

I do not store or process payment information directly.
